General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bb baji ("bb baji", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the bb baji platform available at bb-baji.com and any related subdomains, mobile-optimised URLs, or associated services.

bb baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display a prominent notice on the platform for no fewer than seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the bb baji platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bb baji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. bb baji enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all registered players. Players under 18 years of age are prohibited from accessing the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bb baji or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a bb baji account closed for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of bb baji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Age Verification

bb baji employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all registered players prior to granting full account privileges, including the right to withdraw funds. Accepted identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a secondary supporting document. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete the KYC verification process will have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

Geographic Restrictions

bb baji primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws. bb baji makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by bb baji — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bb baji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to bb baji's anti-fraud review procedures.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a current Bangladesh mobile phone number, and your accurate date of birth. Any discrepancy between the information provided at registration and your KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the discrepancy is resolved to bb baji's satisfaction.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. bb baji strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge via all major Bangladeshi mobile operators including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, and Teletalk.

bb baji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bb baji that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

Account Sharing

Your bb baji account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. bb baji shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bb baji processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is required or applied at any stage of the payment process. We support a comprehensive range of local and international payment methods to ensure maximum convenience for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.

Supported Payment Methods

bb baji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bb baji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable efforts to communicate such changes to affected players in advance.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your bb baji account balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes for all supported local payment methods.
• bb baji does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bb baji accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your bb baji account details. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• bb baji reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide such proof may result in the refusal of withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed the KYC verification process in full.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in your account settings and may vary based on your account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. bb baji may at its sole discretion approve alternative withdrawal channels following satisfactory identity verification.
• bb baji reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold for a period not exceeding 72 hours.

Fraud Prevention

bb baji employs real-time transaction monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and the misuse of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent payment activity will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds will be held pending a full investigation. bb baji cooperates with payment providers and, where required by applicable law, with relevant authorities in Bangladesh in connection with such investigations.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

bb baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your account and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified on a per-promotion basis and are displayed clearly at the point of bonus acceptance.
• bb baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where it reasonably believes the offer is being abused, exploited through systematic play patterns, or claimed in bad faith.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics — will have all bonus balances voided, any associated winnings cancelled, and may have their account permanently closed. bb baji reserves the right to recover any funds that were withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bb baji, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bb baji platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or platform use.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to impersonate any person or entity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes with other players.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical vulnerability in the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or objectionable content through any communication facility offered by bb baji.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any bb baji software or systems.
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bb baji or any other responsible gambling service.

bb baji reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to issuing a warning, suspending or permanently closing your account, voiding bets and winnings, withholding funds pending investigation, and reporting your conduct to relevant authorities in Bangladesh or internationally.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bb baji platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, photographs, text, software code, data compilations, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bb baji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb baji platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any bb baji content in any format without prior written consent from bb baji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any bb baji software, design, or content.
• Use any bb baji trademarks, service marks, or trade names in any manner that could cause confusion, dilute brand identity, or imply endorsement without prior written authorisation.
• Use any automated scraping, data extraction, or harvesting tool to collect any information from the bb baji platform.

Any unauthorised use of bb baji intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. bb baji reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Third-party game content available on bb baji (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own terms and licensing arrangements. bb baji is a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

Account Suspension & Closure

bb baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC identity verification process within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to any administrative action being taken.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or from a designated third party acting under applicable responsible gambling provisions.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring bb baji to restrict the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bb baji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, bb baji will process the closure within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal requests, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances, and any security or fraud review that may be in progress at that time.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to use the bb baji platform is immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your most recently used payment method within ten (10) business days. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
